Terrible hotel; no staff

Arrived to no staff at 4pm. Had to call a number to enter the property. Upon entry , we had to look around for our room; which was behind a hidden door. Upon entry the room was damp, had marks all over the walls and was generally in poor condition. Lukewarm shower and a door to the room which would lock and wouldn’t let you back in! Thankfully one of us had stayed inside and could open. Due to lack of staff we had no choice but to leave and booked another hotel. Terrible

For four adults and one kiddo, this was a great stay for two nights. We didn’t have a reservation and the staff was quick to find us a large room with an even larger bathroom and tub. It is tucked away right by the tram and river, so very convenient to find travel to and from the hotel. Although we didn’t get to try the breakfast, it was included in a cute little nook and also situated right next door to a cute coffee/craft beer shop. Also, the massive TV came fully equipped with Netflix! That’s a win in my book.

Very suitable room for me and family, we all have a nice rest in the room for all 4 nights stay. It's near to BTS train station, just only 5 mins walk. I will consider this place again for my next visit to Bangkok.

We really enjoy staying in siam nitra. The hotel is in the very great location, short walk to Sky train, MBK and siam square. The staffs were very friendly and helpful! We have the very great stay, so comfortable and clean

We arrived to place around 20:00 Hrs & staff warmly welcome us.We have booked two rooms & they said one from the building we arrived & one room located next building.That's kinda problem for us at first sight.then they show us the rooms & actually both are well maintained rooms but kinda small compact rooms. Place really close to MBK mall, Seam paragon & city center. Around 200-300 meters from Ratchathewi BTS station.Nice staff always friendly & ready to help. Recommend for Group , Solo or family.
